Mr. Venkata Phaneendra Choppara, an MBA student and account holder at Union Bank of India, Kollapanaidupally Branch, has raised a serious issue regarding an unauthorized debit of ₹2,867 from his savings account.

On 13 October 2025, without any prior intimation or consent, the amount was deducted from his account, leaving him with a negative balance of ₹947.
