Issue Description: I recently ordered 2 cakes from Desert Heaven from Zomato and see what I have received.

First of all the cake was spilled. Also the strawberry is rotten and it is smelling a lot.
The experience on Zomato is degrading day by day as most of the items received are unsatisfactory.
Furthermore, I found a foreign object, which appeared to be something like insect or thread. Despite raising an issue on 11.05.2025 I didn’t receive any response till date. The ticket ID is 85524369

Date of Incident: 5/11/2025

Company’s Response: Yes, i contacted company but no response from their end.

Additional Comments: I want to escalate this matter since getting unidentified in food is a very serious matter
