Issue Description: We registered as a seller on ShopClues in 2022 and received a good number of orders. However, since 2023, they have stopped releasing our payments, and till now, we haven’t been paid. They are doing this to many other sellers as well.
Date of Incident: 3/2/2023
Company’s Response: I visited their company multiple times, but their response was always the same — “The payment will be released in a few months.” However, it’s been 3 years now, and they’ve just kept delaying with the same excuse.
