Issue Description: 24 june my 1500 rs got stuck while withdrawing from my savings in safegold Jar phone pe. When ever i called them they kept delaying the process by giving me another date . But it never came. I am now frustated with this situation and i know many other like me have faced similar issues. I want justice and aware people about the loop holes in fintech companies. Where customer care support is of no use. They only give you fake promises

Company’s Response: Yes i contacted phonepe, SBI and safegold but all have ignored my issue just by putting the blame on eachother
Additional Comments: This is something which should be highlighted as a fail for fintech industry where people like us believe and loose our hard earned money
