Details of the Complaint

Fahmeena Khan placed an order via Nykaa/NykaaFashion, which was split and shipped through two logistics partners Shadowfax and Delhivery. However, as per her recent LinkedIn post:

  • Both shipments remain undelivered.
  • No communication was received from either courier company regarding delivery or delay.
  • One package, shipped via Shadowfax (AWB SF1727044707NER), has not been updated or delivered.
  • The second package, sent via Delhivery (AWB 28449490955370), could not be located when her husband visited the local Delhivery hub.
  • Delhivery representatives allegedly said that the package might be delivered only if it is found by the next morning.
