Issue Description: I purchased flat D-0605 in Sare Homes Springview Heights on 22 March 2015 under a subvention scheme, where the builder was responsible for paying the pre-EMI until possession. However, the builder stopped paying the pre-EMI, construction was halted, and the bank started calling me to pay instead. The builder became unavailable, and the bank began threatening me with SARFAESI action. This destroyed my CIBIL score, pushed me into debt with relatives, and forced me to take loans against my LIC policies. Despite a UP RERA order in my favour dated 22 September 2021, I have not received any payment from the builder till date. I urgently need the funds to clear my bank debt, obtain an NOC, repay my in-laws, and settle my LIC loan.
