Issue Description:
I have also been facing the same issue of unauthorized transaction , I lost money 70,432/- through axis Bank credit card with flipkart pvt ltd. While I raised the complaint against the transactions SR (SAK00003287004) and SR (SAK00003290909) didn’t get any help from the bank side .
I am complaining about the matter , taking serious action against the flipkart and axis Bank because common people are losing their money and facing such kinds of fraud . I raised a complaint against Flipkart about these transactions IN25072322382937284274
,but didn’t get any help from Flipkart.
Date of Incident: 7/10/2025
Company’s Response: At first I had raised a complaint but they closed it without informing me, then I called them and complaint it again but now they said it would take 90 to 120 days. Really disappointed with axis Bank because if any problem are happened they didn’t help to the customer. And also flipkart customer support first they told me we will refund your entire amount and can you share us the incidents details, lost of amount, card details, date of transaction,etc. but now they also not responding.
Additional Comments: Am really disappointed with Axis Bank and Flipkart also because if any problem are happened they will support to the customer.
