Product/Service: Not convert to salary account & unfairly deduct 1400 from my account. Now not refund that amount.

Issue Description: My Acno-50100416557851

1430 amount was deducted from my account for low mantanace charge. Actually I have already received salary in this account & i have received recent 2 months salary from this account. I have inquiry in local Branch(Daspalla, odisha) your executive said that no charge will deduct from your account. After 3 month of salary recived your account automatically convert to salary account when i will said that convert to my account to salary account . But after your staffs assurance i will submitted my account to the company for salary account. But now in the date of 18.08.25 deduct 1430 from my account due to low maintenance charge. This is a low quality service i have ever seen in banking sector. Your employee will not support to convert my account to salary account & deduct my money with miss information. Plese refund deduct amount. and convert to salary account

Date of Incident: 8/18/2025

Company’s Response: They clearly denied that amount will not refundable.

Additional Comments: I want my balance refund its HDFC bank & her exucitive s plan how to deducts customer s money. Please return my money back
