Description
I have purchased a Flo Ergo Mattress from their website on 04.07.2025 with Order #1509382027FLOPESO for size 72 X 72 X 6 inches which was modified to 72 X 70 X 6 inches on 05.07.2025. I have received the product around 17th July however the product was not 6 inches height as ordered. Then the exchange was created with exchange order no. FSO0021448 which was received on 07.08.2025 which was again a 72 X 36 X 6 inches instead of 72 X 70 X 6 inches.
I have been continuously following up with the Flo customer care since then to return the product and refund the amount paid however I have not received any resolution since the last 2 weeks and the product has not been returned and refunded till date. Everytime I call them, they just take me for a walk and promise for a call back from the concerned team with no resolution till date.

Company’s Response: Tried the customer care many times however everytime I have been promised the call back with resolution however not yet resolved
