Issue Description: Extremely disappointed with @FloribeeIndia.
I ordered a ₹3300 cake & flower bouquet for my mom’s birthday (May 9), to be delivered in Dresden, Germany. Their buggy website forced me to complete the order via WhatsApp under pressure. I paid, got a spammed invoice (first red flag), and then at 3:15 AM IST, I got an email saying my brother’s number in Germany was unreachable. Total lie — he had network and was using the internet at that time. No call, no delivery attempt.
When I questioned this, the same sales guy who pushed me to order got rude and threatening, then even called me after I emailed support. That’s a massive breach of privacy and completely unprofessional.
Instead of a refund, they’re offering a coupon usable only in India. I feel scammed. No product, no accountability, no refund.
Think twice before trusting Floribee for international deliveries.

Company’s Response: They’ve been completely unhelpful and failed to provide any solid proof of the failed delivery. Instead of refunding me, they’re only offering a credit voucher that can be used within India — for an order that was meant for Germany. Totally unacceptable.
