Issue Description: So I ordered a protein powder from nykaa and when I received the order it was not seem protein powder inside seal was opened and foul smelling. So I immediately complained in nykaa with photos and they accepted to refund and collect the product but after waiting multiple times the product was smelling very bad completely intolerable and I had to throw it away. I waited one week before throwing it but the smell was unbearable. Then I told nykaa and they said they cannot refund because I don’t have the product now. But they failed to pick up my product. I complained multiple times email multiple times but they refused to refund it.

Date of Incident: 7/22/2025

Company’s Response: They refused to refund it.

Additional Comments: I want my refund. I have screenshot of chats and emails and photo of the product and opened sealed and everything.
