Detailed Incident Description

On July 6, 2025, Mr. Abhinesh Agarwal placed an order through Swiggy, one of India’s largest online food delivery platforms. According to his statement, the following issues were encountered:

  • The delivery partner refused to enter the apartment premises
  • The delivery agent was reportedly rude and uncooperative on call
  • The order was marked as “delivered” without being handed over

Despite the order never reaching the customer, it was falsely closed on the platform.
