Issue Description: I ordered “Intelliskills My First Learning Set of 24 Library Books” from FirstCry (Order ID: 31544972GWWE3712ED).
Upon delivery, I discovered that several books were repeated and one book was missing, making the set incomplete.
The product is marked as non-returnable, and FirstCry’s app did not allow me to upload images for a return request despite several attempts.
I emailed FirstCry with the invoice copy and photos of the defective set as proof.
I also highlighted the emotional impact, as this was my daughter’s first book set and I had to take it away from her — causing her to cry, which was upsetting.
Eventually, FirstCry arranged for pickup of the item, but they failed to update the return status in their system.
Their customer service informed me that a refund will be issued to my FirstCry wallet once the return is processed — which I find unacceptable, as I want the refund to the original payment method, not as store credit.
Despite follow-ups, there has been no clear resolution or accountability.
I am seeking your assistance to pursue legal action or a consumer complaint.

Company’s Response: Yes, they are saying they will pickup product & refund my amount but this was not done from last one month.
