Issue Description: I had raised a complaint on 23rd August 2025 with ICICI Bank Customer Care (email attached) regarding an unauthorized debit card request and wrongful debit of ₹706.82 from my account. Unfortunately, despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received any positive response or resolution.
This matter is extremely serious since:
A debit card request was generated without my consent.
Wrongful charges were debited from my account.
Branch staff provided misleading and unprofessional justifications.
Even after my refusal, contradictory actions were taken by the Bank.
As a long-standing customer of ICICI Bank, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of response to my complaint.
