Issue Description: I have ordered in jio mart for 10 to 30 minutes delivery there was no response from anyone about the delivery, i contacted support team they one the day i have ordered in the end of the day it will be delivered, after 10 hours they told items is not available and grab rider told I will cancel your order I told after waiting for 10 hours how you will cancel I need order, then they attempted to cancell the order but I got a call and i pressed 2 for to get a order, after that 1 order got returned without my permission from backend grab rider told like this, now another order also got updated in my location without my permission and approval and came with gang that also I have not given otp, no response from anyone like store incharge or store persons only grab rider is contacted me and no response from jio mart customer care or customer team simply they are updating my complaint as a resolved

Additional Comments: I need a apology from the store or the place where the items get dispatched and form jio mart customer service and from the jio mart grab rider and for this all mental stress and financial inconvenience, and they didn’t follow the protocol of consumer, they didn’t follow the company rules and don’t know wt will happen Tommorow for me so I need a compensation for this from jio mart company, advertisements team there they advertised 10 to 30 minutes delivery, and the store there the items get dispatched and form jio mart riders company from all. This team and company i need a compensation.
