Product/Service: I booked 2 rooms using Makemytrip in Mexico City. The booking was confirmed and the hotel also confirmed that they have received the booking. But on checking in, the hotel told me that they have not received the payment for 2 rooms and only 1 room payment ha sbeen received. They were still kind enough to allow me to check in. Now it has been 5 days and still MakeMyTrip has not made the payment. Now the hotel is threatening me that they will not allow me to enter the room or leave the hotel if I don’t pay up. MaleMytrip has been telling me for the last 36 hours that they will look into it. My return flight is tomorrow and I dont know what to do
