Issue Description: On 29th August 2025, I had booked the 6:10 AM Agra to Gurugram bus (PNR: 10565310) but got delayed and immediately informed the bus conductor, requesting him multiple times to wait for just 5–10 minutes. He refused at all three stops and advised me to try reaching the next pickup point. Since I knew I was late, I attempted to reschedule my ticket through your app but faced technical issues and had to call customer support five times. Out of these, three calls connected with no response (only background noise), one call was put on hold for over 12 minutes and then disconnected without a callback, and the final call connected to the same operator who informed me the rescheduling window had expired. Because of this, I missed my bus and had to book the 7:00 AM bus at extra cost while also spending additional money on public transport to chase the bus at different stops. I have always been punctual for my bookings, and this was an exceptional case where I was late but the inability to reschedule was entirely due to your poor customer service.
