Issue Description: I am a Airtel client from last 10 years with postpaid plan with 3 member family plan last year Airtel upgraded my relationship to Airtel black and they give sim, Airtel WiFi and Airtel dth with the plan. When the installation time their employe abuses me for no reason. I have asked their technician that whey they will come and he said Tumhre baap ke noukar nhi hai. Issue is escalated via social media and email. Now from last 20 days my WiFi is not working and I have called their customer care number , mailed them and tagged them on social media, their only response is that your issue has been highlighted to concerned team. Your issue will resolve soon. But they never called me neither their technician come to my place for resolving the issue which I’m facing currwntly. I have to recharge my WiFi for work . I am loosing my saving and feeling like mental harassment.

Company’s Response: No proper response. They only said your issue has been highlighted to concerned team and it will resolve soon. But from last 20 days I’m waiting for their responce
Additional Comments: If possible they waiv off my next bill.
