Product/Service: I booked a nephrologist appointment in Mumbai on practo app. I got a confirmation on WhatsApp from them. When I visited the location, there was no doctor or clinic, as they had moved on. I spent money on a cab and time at a cafe nearby, in heavy rain. I made a claim on Practo for Rs 10 k which included strain and harassment caused to me for nearly 4-5 hrs. They have only some Rs 400 coupons and no compensation esp for cab & cafe cost I incurred.
