Issue Description: I rented a Maruti Ignis on 18th July to 20th July.Car brokedown enroute on Day 1st.Spoke to Zoom Car Rep.and got it repaired.Shared all the relevant pictures and invoice.But till date they have not refunded my amount.Only emails being exchanged.All because i could not furnish a video of the actual repair.Till date nothing and no positive response from them.

Additional Comments: After my experience and seeing so many of fellow consumers facing issues,I wonder what kind of operations they run?
