Issue Description: It has been more than 72 hours (almost 3 days) since the scheduled pickup for the return of my HRX slippers on Flipkart. Despite raising the issue multiple times through the “Need Help” section in the app, there has been no response or action from Flipkart’s side.
The pickup person never arrived, and there is no update or communication about the rescheduling. This delay is causing inconvenience and is a clear violation of Flipkart’s return policy.
I request Flipkart to immediately take action, arrange the pickup without further delay, and ensure the refund process is initiated as promised.
Date of Incident: 7/6/2025
Company’s Response: I emailed Flipkart, but there has been no response so far.
Additional Comments: I had placed a return request for my HRX slippers on Flipkart. The pickup was scheduled, but the delivery agent never showed up.
It has now been more than 72 hours (almost 3 days) since the scheduled pickup, and despite raising the issue through the “Need Help” section, no action has been taken.
I also sent an escalation email to Flipkart’s grievance officer at grievance.officer@flipkart.com, but I have not received any reply or resolution.
This kind of delay and lack of response is unacceptable and violates Flipkart’s own return and refund policy.
I am requesting Flipkart to:
Immediately reschedule the return pickup
Ensure a smooth return process
Process my refund without further delay
Kindly take this complaint seriously and respond at the earliest.
