With deep regret would like to draw your attention towards our concern:
We visited Tata Autoplex, showroom, Jaipur for Tata Puch Adventure Plus CNG Car.
We have lodged a complaint against the dealer wide complaint no. 5-180765967501. The Autoplex dealer sent an email saying that we showed interest in the Tata Punch Adventure (June 2025 manufactured model), which is an utter lie. They have also manipulated the issue, mentioning that we are asking for additional discount.(Can show sufficient proofs for the same)
The issue is neither about asking for more discounts nor about getting the price reduced. Rather it is regarding the cheating done with us by Sh. Pramod ji and Tata dealership:
Sh. Pramod ji from Showroom told there are two options:
1. Car manufactured in July/Aug, for which price including original accessories full kit is Rs. 9,13,000.
2. Car manufactured before July, for which price including original accessories full kit is Rs. 9,00,000.
We opted for the first option and paid the full amount of Rs. 9,13,000.
But later on, they cheated us and offered us a ‘second option car’ and even counterfeit accessories. And now giving different excuses every time. And presenting the case as we are asking for more discount.
When the rate was decided according to the manufacturing date, why such malpractice is being adopted by a reputed and ethical group like Tata.
Request to get this resolved urgently, else we would have no option and seek legal course.
Our concerns:
1. When we were committed and asked to pay extra Rs 13,000 for a July/Aug manufactured car, why were we not being offered the same.
2. When we were committed and asked to pay Rs 16,999 for full Tata original accessories, how can they give us counterfeit accessories. Does Tata allow selling of counterfeit accessories from its showroom.
3. It was told to us that at the time of insurance, we will get to choose an Insurance provider, but it was not done.
